On the "My year" page, users can gain an overview of all their own research activities for a year and confirm on a quarterly basis that all information is correct and complete. The data is transmitted to the reporters.
The My year page shows you your previous activities on a timeline and marks the current quarter
You can change the selected quarter at the top right. If you have not yet confirmed the selected quarter, you will be prompted to do so by the green button. If there are still unconfirmed activities in this quarter, you will be asked to confirm or adjust them if necessary.
Message for the quarterly release with a list of the missing checks and the subsequent view of the activities to be confirmed
- confirmation of the activity
- the activity belongs to you, but you were not yet affiliated with the institute
- rejection of the activity
- edit the activity
- view activity
Once you have processed all warnings, you can confirm the quarter or release it for reporting.
The request for you to release the quarter
Below the timeline you will find all your activities, organised by category. The activities of the selected quarter are also marked here and you will be notified if an activity has not yet been confirmed by you.
For example, if you have selected the 3rd quarter, the first publication will be highlighted. You will also see a warning that the publication below has not yet been confirmed by you
On the right, you can use the arrow to display the activity directly, add the activity to the shopping basket to download several collections or edit the activity by clicking on the pencil. If activated by the admin, the number of coins you have collected per activity will also be displayed.
If you notice that an activity is missing from a category, you can simply add it using the
